I could probably list every single one of her books on here but I’ll limit myself to the two that stick out to me the most for particular reasons.
It’s been a while since I’ve read this book and I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but this book actually refined my opinion on a subject. It didn’t completely change it but it did make me take a hard look a my stance on something and tweak it in some big ways.
This book. I want everyone to read this book. It’s not necessarily an easy book to read and should come with a warning that reads “This book is about a school shooting”, except it’s not. It’s about everything that happens before and everything that happens after. It’s about the people affected by this tragedy – on all sides. It’s about questions that have no easy answer. If you never read another Jodi Picoult book or ‘tough book’, read this one.
